This is an older stamp set from Paper Sweeties I used called - Showered With Love.
I used a Cloud Die and put fun striped colored paper behind to represent a rainbow and the rain boots and umbrella are Paper Sweeties. I added a couple red cupped flower sequins on the umbrella.
